HEAR IT, LOVE IT, SHARE IT
Check out Stephanie Mondrut's Mom's music blog: Hear it Love it Share it.  "I honestly don't know where to start in telling you about Roger Day. The list of people who sing his praises a mile long, and I think I'll just add my name to it. Some people have the talent for children's music and Roger Day is leading the pack." If that's not enough, Stephanie sent this follow up email: "I just wanted to drop you another note to tell you how much we LOVE Dream Big! The entire CD is soooo much fun to listen to- it literally is on repeat at our house most of the day. I don't get tired of it! The Yak song is soooo brilliantly hilarious...my favorite parts are the background questions.. "what's a sherpa?" and "what's a beast of burden?"  Anyway, we love it. Thanks again for probably the best children's CD I've ever heard in my life." I think I'll send that to my Mom!

A FAMILY RUNS THROUGH IT
THE LATEST: Thanks Phil for voting me #2 on your Top Ten Fids & Kamily List  for 2007. Wow! And for making "Hello Sunshine" one of the Best Kid Songs of 2007. Check it out and let him know what your favorites for 2007 are.
Phil is a a stay-at-home Dad -- my previous job -- who writes about parenting, homeschooling, and life in North Idaho -- A Family Runs Through It . "I don't think I've ever heard a singer quite as happy as Roger Day. His new CD, Dream Big!, is just so darn cheerful that you can't help but smile. On a recent car trip, my kids asked for multiple songs to be repeated. Most notably, "Hello Sunshine", "Zachary Hated Bumblebees" and the title track "Dream Big!" Asking Dad to hit the repeat button is high praise from my children. I join them in giving Dream Big! a huge recommendation."

COOL TUNES FOR KIDS
It was my pleasure to meet Eric Herman and his family last summer during a tour of the Northwest. He's not only a terrific kids musician, he's a first-rate writer as well. Check out his website first -- EricHermanMusic.com and click on the links for his You Tube videos. Then read his very nice review of Dream Big! "The great Roger Day, one of my favorite children's artists has released his third CD, Dream Big! Roger has a way of making memorable, easy to follow and also very musically fulfilling songs.  Altogether it's a really fun album." Thanks Eric!

FAMILY MAN REVIEW

There are so many incredible web sites for parents now. Here's one --  www.familyman.com -- written by Dads for Dads. "In trying to catch up with some of this year's family music, I made the happy discovery of Roger Day's third CD. Bursting with positive messages and positively eclectic sounds, Dream Big! puts Roger into the upper-echelon of Dads who make great kids music."

FAMILY REVIEW GIVES DREAM BIG! 5 THUMBS UP
My favorite part is when they say the new CD is "upbeat, uplifting and inspirational; motivational, witty and charming - this is a fine collection of music by Roger Day. A lot of fun. A lot of laughs". I'm blushing. Check out the entire review at familyreview.org and take a minute to add your vote.

WHAT'S HOT FOR TOTS
Thanks to AJ for the great review on What's Hot for Tots web site. " If you are a fan of original music you will join me in celebrating a great new CD from Roger Day. The lyrics are full of fantasy peppered with dashes of reality. That is what makes it so much fun. Possibilities of life are explored and celebrated; everyday problems take on a new twist with Day's fanciful interpretations and solutions...songs that inspire imagination, songs that encourage thinking, dreaming, stretching and loving." Once you read the fun review, check out their products page. Very cool stuff!

COMMON SENSE MEDIA
I love the emphasis on dreams in this review in the Common Sense Media blog: "Each song is a celebration of imagination and childlike wonder, whether talking about elephants in Borneo or doodle bugs in the garden. Families can talk about the importance of dreams and goals. Does your child want to fly to the moon or cure cancer? Did you have similar fantasies when you were small? Also, parents can use the message of the song "Turn off the TV!" to remind kids that there's a "three-dimensional world" out there to explore."

THE OPINIONATED PARENT
Check out the review for Dream Big! on the The Opinionated Parent blog. "The songs are refreshingly different than any others we have in our music collection. The whole CD encourages kids to "sing loud, jump high and dream big".  Isn't that exactly what we want for all our kids?"

MOMMYCAST LINK FOR DRESS UP 2 CURE
